Camera Cases page 19

Compact and functional

A camera case is small in size and cheap to purchase. This makes it easier to carry cameras of smaller sizes around, without having to keep a close eye on the devices. The cases are made of sturdy material and often have a soft lining on the inside. In addition to space for the camera, there is often room for a spare memory card or battery. Useful if you plan on taking a lot of photos and want to keep the card handy. The case is closed by a click system, adhesive tape or zip. Affordable models are offered by Lowepro and Hama, high-quality ones can be found with Panasonic and Sony.

Protection against bumps and falls

In addition to the convenience in storing and transporting the camera, a camera case also has a protective function. This allows the sturdy material to protect the camera when you bump into something or when it falls. In addition, the case keeps dirt out and the camera is well protected from rain and the elements.
