The Tamron 20-40mm f/2.8 Di III VXD Nikon is an ultra-wide-angle to standard zoom lens for Nikon full-frame mirrorless cameras. The lens is versatile and delivers high image quality in a compact, lightweight design.

The Tamron 20-40mm f/2.8 Di III VXD lens is an unrivalled standard zoom with a large maximum aperture of f/2.8. The lens delivers high-quality imaging across the entire zoom range and produces beautiful shots, both photo and video. Tamron's VXD linear focus mechanism is fast, accurate, and silent. At the long end of the zoom range, the lens offers a focal length of 40mm, ideal for everyday photos and snapshots. At the short end of the zoom range, the lens offers an ultra-wide focal length of 20mm for photos with a unique ultra-wide-angle perspective. Thanks to a minimum focusing distance of just 17 centimetres and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:3.8 in the wide-angle position, this lens is also exceptionally well suited for close-range shots.

The compact, lightweight housing is just 86.5 mm long and weighs 365 grams. The design is extremely easy to handle, so you easily bring the lens along wherever you go. The lens housing features improved texture and scratch resistance. A moisture-resistant construction and fluorine coating ensure the lens is moisture- and dust-resistant.
