The Zhongyi Mitakon Lens Turbo Mark 2 MD-M43 allows you to mount a Minolta MD lens onto a Micro Four Thirds camera body. It is a manual adapter that retains infinite focus and image quality whilst also increasing the maximum aperture and angle of view. The adapter's design consists of four elements, including an extra-low dispersion element, which ensures a well-corrected image with sharpness and exposure from edge to edge. This optical design also condenses the light reaching the sensor to gain one effective stop of light and increases the angle of view by 0.726x, which somewhat reduces the crop factor of Micro Four Thirds cameras.

In addition to the optical design, this adapter features a durable metal housing and stainless steel mounts for solid connections between lens and adapter, and between adapter and camera. As this is a manual adapter, electronic communication between the camera and lens — including aperture control and autofocus — is not supported.
