The base extends the working height of the monopod by 9 centimetres and can support a respectable load of 6 kilograms. It's also built to take a knock, as it's made from magnesium. Three rubber feet provide extra grip, keeping the base firmly in place on smooth surfaces. With its compact size of 16.5 centimetres and lightweight design at just 480 grams, this base is easy to take with you wherever you go.
