The Manfrotto Element MII Aluminium Monopod is a strong aluminium monopod that has a maximum height of 159 cm thanks to its five sections and can be retracted to a compact 43.5 cm. You can easily adjust the height using the twist locks. The upper part of the monopod features a rubber handle and a wrist strap for optimum grip. This handle gives you full control during use.

The Safety Payload of this monopod is 16 kg. With this, Manfrotto guarantees safe use up to 16 kg. The Max Payload may be higher. The higher Payload also allows you to use the tripod with heavier cameras and lenses.

On top there is a reversible screw with 1/4" -20 and 3/8" -16 connection.
